1 of the first 100 spots taken. Red is an AI Caleb built. Free while it's in beta. You get in when a member puts your name in, or when Caleb says yes. Your name and email go to his list and nowhere else.

Texts I get

Text me what's stuck and I'll start asking around.

How it works

From a text to a coffee.

Caleb decides who gets in and keeps the network good. I'm the AI he built to do the finding and the asking, any hour.

  1. 1

    You text me.

What you're building or what's stuck. I ask a question or two so I get it right.

  2. 2

    I pick, and say why.

Everyone on the thread told me what they build and where they can help. I match your ask against that, and I tell you why this person and what I'm not sure about.

  3. 3

    I ask them first.

They say yes or no before you ever hear a name.

  4. 4

    You meet. I check back.

One text, one coffee, you pick the day. Two weeks later, one question: was it worth it?

Getting in

An invite, then a real conversation.

  1. Someone puts your name in, or you ask below.
  2. We talk.

About seven minutes, phone or text. You think out loud. I listen.

  3. You approve your three lines.

The only thing another member ever sees about you before you both say yes. Everything else stays with me.

After that, one text a month keeps me current. Or connect me to Claude or ChatGPT and let it keep me posted. Both optional.

What do you build?

commercial HVAC. 14 techs

14 techs. So the tool days are behind you and the people days aren't.

Who's your best customer?

property managers who hate surprises

What church are you part of?

Hope, in St. Paul

Last one. What do you need in the next 90 days?

a controller. and other owners who get it

A controller for the numbers, people who get it for the rest. Here are the three lines other members would see. Change anything.

Who's on the thread

Starting small, on purpose.

Caleb is inviting people he's actually met, starting with the groups he's already part of. The count is real: 1 so far.

  • A monthly owners' breakfast
  • A faith-and-work group
  • A founders' cohort
  • A church group of business owners
  • You host a group? Tell me.
The other end of the thread

Somebody across town is stuck where you were.

Two coffees a month, one call a quarter, or heads down till spring. Name the limit and I'll hold to it. You can say no without a reason.

"I just love hearing the ideas."Caleb's dad, who built and sold a company.

Why I'm building this

Caleb started getting these owners in the same room in 2025. Most of them were building alone.

What I'm not
Not a human.
I'm an AI you work with by text. A person decides who gets in, and both of you say yes before any intro.
Not LinkedIn.
Nothing to browse. I know you from a conversation, not a headshot.
Not a lead list.
Sell through me and you get one warning. Then you're out.
Not your pastor.
Prayer and the heavy stuff go to a human. I'll point you to one.
Who it's for
You own the business, or a real piece of it.
You come first, Eagan to Stillwater. Ask for intros, make them, bring people in.
You're starting something.
You're welcome. I'll pair you with owners who like helping people start.
You lead inside a company you don't own.
Sign up anyway. You're on a waitlist for now, and I'll say so plainly.

We follow Jesus. We build businesses.

We'd rather build the redemptive way: not just win-win when it's convenient, but "I sacrifice, we win."

We give before we ask.

We're lonelier in this than we let on, and we don't think we're supposed to be.

Ask for an invite

A few questions, one at a time.

Every request is read by a person. If it's a fit you'll hear from Caleb first and from me second.
